Your employee record is confidential and can only be viewed by senior management and yourself. You can request access to your file by contacting the manager. All your records are kept on a secure password-protected server or in a securely locked filing cabinet in the manager’s office.

Management of Participants information.

Participant records are confidential. They are only available to the participant and employees directly engaged in the delivery of service to the participant. Information regarding participants is only made available to other parties with the consent of the participants.

All participant records are kept on a secure password-protected server, and they are restricted to employees directly engaged in the delivery of service to a participant. Participant paper records are kept securely in a locked filing cabinet in the manager’s office.
