Whether you work with Devoted healthcare, a Participant or a member of the general public, your feedback is valued.
To provide feedback over the phone, you are welcome to ring our Director Mary Ngeny on 08 6271 3616 or send an email to [email protected]. You can also make an anonymous complaint by completing the Feedback, Comments and Complaints form.

If you’re not satisfied with the handling of a complaint or prefer not to talk to our complaints manager regarding your feedback, you can contact the National Disability Insurance scheme (NDIS) at any time throughout the process by calling 1800 035 544.
